Breathe consciously, cleanse yourself of stress, negative thoughts and emotions, recharge your batteries. These are just a few of the many positive effects of Breathwork Neurointegrative Breathwork. The ultimate goal is transformation. We want to dissolve blockages and be free to live the life we have always wanted to live. We go together into a Breathwork session where we combine different wisdom teachings, also from shamanic traditions and tools for transformation and healing with modern breath therapy.

Body, mind and soul are cleansed and strengthened through the breath. 

In a breath journey it is also possible to connect on a higher level, with ourselves, with each other, with the earth and with the sky, to create a new reality. In which reality do you want to awaken?

It fills me with joy and I am also proud to have been a meditation teacher at St. Maximilian for 9 years now, bringing people from all backgrounds closer to various forms of meditation. 

Learn practical tools in a simple and humorous way, also for use in the middle of everyday life, to reduce stress, to transform negative thoughts and emotions and to revitalise body, mind and soul. 

The tools we use include Breathwork, guided meditations, creative visualisations and mindfulness exercises. In this way we create inner stillness, transform negative emotions and beliefs and strengthen our resilience. 

Every Thursday, admission 6:45 pm. Start: 7:00 pm. Ends at 8:15 pm.
